I’d like to have a couple or three weeks a year for our family to be able to use . is it better to buy a timeshare from a person who is selling them ? or go direct with a timeshare company ? are there new condos 2 bedroom/2bath being built ? is it better to purchase ? rent out a few times during year ? has anyone discussed options with tax advisor ? what’s the real estate market like ? would appreciate anyones thoughts / sharing of areas / contacts, etc. Many thanks and Happy New Year to All !
