This is more a warning. If you are asked to view timeshares by the “Royal” companies.. particularly Royal Hacienda don’t do it. We were scammed by them while on vacation. We particularly wanted to see condos that we could “purchase” however were also promised tickets for a snorkel cruise. The high pressure sales tactics resulted in them saying (curtly) that we “had to give a yes or no today or we can go” and that they had no time for anyone wanting to think about it or talk to their lawyers. To that we told them that we’d have to say no then…. and they said they would also not give us what was promised.
Plain and simple: they are scammers and hopefully their reputation will catch up with them in the end.
Does anyone know how I can contact their MAIN headquarters??
